Q: How do I find my Consultant ID in the Queue?
A: Search your Consultant ID by clicking CTRL+F on your key board. A little search bar will appear on either the upper or lower part of the screen (depending on the browser you are using). Your consultant ID was provided to you via email when you registered in Audrey.

Q: What if I did not receive an email when I registered in Audrey?
A: Contact your sponsor, they will be able to see your Consultant ID in her Team section on Audrey.
Q: Do I have to make an appointment if my name is on this list?
A: No, you do not need to make an appointment. We will be calling in the order of this queue or when we received your email.
Q: How is this list organized?
A: This list is organized by date we received your email. If you sent an email on these dates and you do not see your name on this list please call us at Home office and a specialist will assist you.
Q: What happens if I am missing a required document?
A: If you are missing any of the required docs we need to get you started, don't worry! Your place in the queue will stay the same, you will NOT be bumped down in the queue! Please send missing docs to email@example.com
Q: What if I am not ready when I receive a call for H.O.?
A: If you are not ready, please let the specialist on the phone know and they will send you a link to schedule an appointment.
Q: I see my name on here twice. What does that mean?
A: This is a mistake. Please go off of the closest name to the top of the queue, When you receive an onboarding call please let the specialist know so we do not call you again.
Q: What does it mean when me name is highlighted?
A: We are onboarding applicants in order of contracts received, when your name is highlighted PINK, this mean you will be called to place your initial order on that day! If your name is highlighted GREEN, you will be onboarded the following day! YAY! Please keep in mind our specialists have different shift times, so if a consultant is onboarded before you, do not worry, your specialist will call you soon.
Q: What does VC stand for?
A: We are missing your Voided Check.
Q: What does FP stand for?
A: We are missing the FIRST page or your Independent Fashion Consultant Agreement.
Q:What does LP stand for?
A: We are missing the LAST page of your Independent Fashion Consultant Agreement.
Q: What does LVM stand for?
A: We left you a voicemail and will be calling you again the next day! If we left you 3 voicemails, you will be removed from the queue until you return our call.
Q: What does ID stand for?
A: We are having trouble locating you in our system! Please register in Audrey or send us your Consultant ID to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What does LLC stand for and do I need one?
A: An LLC is a legal entity in which owners receive liability protection of its members. This is recommended, however it is not required, if you have an LLC please contact H.O for the business entity form.
Q: What does DOCS stand for?
A: We are waiting on updated documents, or we need you to resubmit your docs because we are having trouble verifying your information.
Q: What does SP stand for?
A: Applicant does not have a sponsor. They are waiting to be assigned, or they are on the lookout for the perfect sponsor.
