“The problem I was having before I discovered LuLaRoe was I was working full-time in banking, and I was eight months pregnant with my first son and about to have a baby.
I had come back from six weeks of medical leave and tried to go back to work, and the schedule was really hard. It was hard to find child care and make it worth paying for, so I was just really struggling to find something that was working for our family.
I saw two different women on opposite coasts. One was single and selling LuLaRoe, and the other one was a mom of four kids having time with her kids and just loving what she did, and that really intrigued me. I thought to myself that was something that I could do.
After that first year of being able to be my own schedule maker and work when I could, and then also take a day off when my kids were sick. I just love what I do, and I also love meeting all of the women that it's brought into my life and getting to connect with them on a daily basis.”
