A reminder that the Make Good Program will be sunsetting Monday, July 31! If you purchased a defective product between January 1, 2016 and April 24, 2017, you may be eligible for a refund.
You can submit a claim before July 31st via the online form or by contacting your Independent Fashion Retailer.
If you submitted a claim, received confirmation and are waiting to receive your refund: Checks are in the mail! Refunds have been issued for anyone who received confirmation. We apologize for the delay in issuing the most recent round of checks.
If you received a request for additional information: A small number of refund requests are missing information or require further action and may need additional review and verification. Reminder that proof of purchase (a copy of the original receipt or a copy of bank statement reflecting the purchase) and return of the defective product to LuLaRoe is required.

I submitted a Make Good Program claim and received a notification around June 29th that I would receive a refund by July 5th. Then I received an email stating that checks were issued July 19 -- why the gap?
I received a request for proof of purchase for my submitted claim. What do I need to provide?

The LuLaRoe Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase, when sold in the United States by an authorized LuLaRoe Independent Fashion Retailer. The Limited Warranty applies to products purchased after April 24, 2017.

The “MAKE GOOD Program” entitles Consumers to a product replacement, LuLaRoe Gift Card, or refund for products containing a defect in materials or workmanship purchased between January 1, 2016 and April 24, 2017 from an authorized Independent Fashion Retailer. If you have received a defective product, we want to make things right.
